CEE Classifieds to expand its portfolio with Ingatlannet

CEE Classifieds to acquire Ingatlannet, one of Hungary’s oldest real estate classifieds sites.

CEE Classifieds, acting through its 100%-owned subsidiary, has signed an agreement with the Bank360 Group to acquire 100% of Ingatlannet, one of Hungary’s longest-running online real-estate classifieds platforms.

The purpose of the transaction is to create technology and business development synergies and to strengthen CEE Classifieds’ presence in online classifieds with a broader, multi-site value proposition.

Founded in 2000, Ingatlannet.hu was among the first services in Hungary to enable online real-estate advertising and search. The company continues to develop its services in line with the needs of property buyers and sellers. The site currently features more than 40,000 property listings.
